1. There are four ways to locate the product you would like to purchase

i) Select 'Products' on the menu bar, followed by the product subcategory (e.g. Stethoscopes) and then click on the product you are interested in;

ii) Select the product subcategory from the menu on the left hand side of the home page, and then click on the product you are interested in;

iii) Select a product via our 'New Products', 'Special Offers' or 'Featured Products' sections on the right hand side of the home page;

iv) Enter the name of the product you would like into the search bar at the top of the home page and select 'Search'

2. To add a product to your shopping basket, enter the quantity you would like and select ‘Add’;

3. You will then be presented with your current shopping basket. To add further products select 'Continue Shopping' and you will be back to stage 2. If you have made a mistake and would like to start again, select 'Clear Basket'. If you are happy with your selection and would like to complete your order, select 'Checkout' and move onto stage 4;

4. In order to correctly calculate your shipping and VAT charge, it is important to select the correct shipping region. An error at this stage would delay your order, so please select UK for deliveries within England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, EU if your shipment is to an EU member state, Non EU if the order is to go to a European, non EU member state or Rest of World for all other destinations;

5. You will then be presented with a complete breakdown of your order including items, quantities, net charge, carriage and VAT. Our standard currency is Pounds Sterling, but if you would like to view the amount in a more recognised currency, please select 'Shop in US Dollars' or 'Shop in Euros';

6. If you would like to enter a discount code, select 'Enter Code', type the code into the box that is provided and select 'Enter'. If the code has been accepted, the discount will be displayed on an updated shopping basket;

7. When you are ready to make your purchase, click on 'Buy Now' at the bottom of the shopping basket, and you will be asked for your payment details. Card Type (MasterCard/Switch etc), Number, Expiry Date, Security Code and Name on Card are all compulsory items, and in order to prevent delays to your order, it is essential you enter these details precisely as they appear on your card. We also require your credit/debit card billing address, and a delivery address if it differs from the billing address. A contact, landline telephone number is essential for all orders outside the UK, and extremely preferable for orders with the UK. Providing a contact email address will enable us to contact you in the event of any delays or problems with your order;

8. When this form has been completed, select 'Send Payment' and your details will be verified. If any compulsory fields have been omitted, the form will not allow you to proceed and will alert you to their absence with red stars and text. If the card has been declined, you will be prompted to go back and resubmit the details. If all details have been accepted, a confirmation screen will appear complete with an order number, and an automatic confirmation email shall be sent to the email address provide at the point-of-sale;

9. Your order is now complete.
