SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

1. The majority of our orders are received and shipped within the UK, but we also welcome orders from abroad, making use of international couriers to ship worldwide.

2. Our server is fully secure and encrypted, allowing you to use your credit or debit card with complete confidence.

3. We aim to dispatch orders received by 15.30 (UK Time) for next working day delivery to UK addresses. Orders to the EU take approximately 2-3 working days, while orders outside the EU should arrive at their destination in 5-7 working days.

4. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.

5. All prices are exclusive of a carriage charge which is £6.90 for the UK, £20.00 to the EU and £25.00 to the Rest of the World.

6. All consignments that leave our warehouse are electronically tracked from dispatch through to delivery so that we can be 100% confident that your order will arrive safely. 

RETURNS

1. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with the item(s) you receive, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund within 7 days of the shipping date. 

2. In the event that you would like to return an item, please contact us by phone or email so that we can establish the reason for the return.

3. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
