Pressure redistribution cushions for all seating types · Suitable for all users from low to high risk of pressure sores
The cushions reduce the risk of pressure sore formation. The cushions works by providing an even weight distribution and conforms to the shape of your body.
It also protects the bony areas of your body and helps to improve blood flow and prevent tissue damage.
You should change your position regularly, every 2 hours is recommended when you are sitting on the cushion, This relieves pressure and helps to prevent pressure ulcers.
Do not use on riser recliner chairs nor on a wheelchair unless instructed by the wheelchair service.
Do not cover with sheets or additional continence products as this reduces the effectiveness of the cushion
Cushions ranging from standard foam, memory foam, gel, and inflatable synthetic rubber.
