Omega Surgical Instrument Suppliers Ltd T/A Medema.  have been exporting quality Medical Equipment for Medical Professionals and Trading Companies globally for over 8 Years. We are able to offer you excellent prices, shipping and customer care before and after purchase.

We are a UK-based company, shipping products around Europe and the rest of the world. We use UPS and DHL for our international shipping.

 

P&P cost is £ 6.50 for the UK.  Free delivery within the UK on all orders over £ 150.00 ex VAT

Shipping cost for Europe is £ 18.00  and  £ 35 for rest of the world

 

The dispatch times (when the goods will leaves our warehouse) and the delivery times are as follows:
We  will dispatch your goods within 1 business day.  You will receive a tracking number for your parcel by e-mail.
 
- If you order before 12.00pm on any business day, your goods will be dispatched on that same day.
- If you order after 12.00pm on any business day, your goods will be dispatched on the next business day.
- If you order after 12pm on a Friday, or during the weekend, your goods will be dispatched on the following Monday.
 
Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
 
We send orders either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post, or DPD  and UPS  couriers. 
 
A signature is required for all parcels  If there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, a card will be left, allowing the receiver to either arrange a re-delivery, or to go and collect the parcel from their local depot.

 

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, and if we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
 
Omega Surgical Instrument Suppliers  Ltd cannot control any customs or import duties or other restrictions such as import license requirements  applied to your package by your local customs. 
 
Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. 
 
Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. We can not inform you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. 
 
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping  and the cost for the retun of the item and other charges . This excludes products made to order  wich will not be accpted for refund
