Durable stainless steel insemination gun available as standard and universial for use with 1/4 or 1/2 cc semen straws and sheaths.

Slit sheaths without inserts should be used with this gun. 17 1/2″ long.this gun has an O-ring to secure the sheath. .

The AI Gun is made up with utmost precision and high quality stainless steel (Grade 304 (18-8)).

It constitutes a barrel and plunger, which are seemingly finished to perform effectively.

The Barrel is attached with a stainless steel adopter allowing it to have an Auto-fix/Auto-release mechanism for handling AI Sheaths.

The Plunger is crafted with desirable flexibility allowing it to withstand bending, without any loss in shape.

The Barrel is attached with a conical-shape stainless steel adopter along with a Plastic O Ring.

Cleaning instructions

Clean through anti bacterial solution- neutral-pH enzymatic detergent or use ultrasonic bath

Soak the parts for 10 to 15 minutes in a basin containing warm water and a neutral-pH enzymatic detergent to break down organic material

Remove the gun from the enzymatic soak and manually scrub all parts.

Use a soft-bristled instrument cleaning brush or specialized narrow brush

Remove the instruments from the brush or and rinse thoroughly.

Ensure all traces of the cleaning solution are washed away to prevent chemical residues and staining.

Give the parts a final rinse with distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral spotting
