The Sirius XL Eclipse Blades & XLED Handle set comprises of 1 x XLED handle, 1 x Sirius XL Eclipse Macintosh 3 laryngoscope blade and 1 x Sirius XL Eclipse Macintosh 4 laryngoscope blade in a case

 

The blades are made from high grade stainless steel and  incorporate an exceptional glass fibre optic core, allowing maximum light from the laryngoscope handles to reach the articulating tip of the blades.

 

The blades are an invaluable aid for difficult intubations as they feature a flexible tip for elevation of the epiglottis fold providing an improved view of the trachea without excessive force resulting in less patient trauma.

 

They are ideal for patients with restricted mouth opening, protruding teeth, spinal injuries , decreased neck movement and with  cervical neck collars in use

 

The blades are fully autoclavable and available in Macintosh design sizes 2, 3 & 4, benefitting from an enclosed fibre optic core preventing any ingress of debris, allowing for easy cleaning.

 

The Timesco new and  improved XLED laryngoscope handles provide exceptionally bright white illumination from a replaceable LED bulb supplying consistent, flicker free light  and  maximising battery life due to low power consumption.
