Tuttnauer T-CLEAN A is a highly concentrated and efficient alkaline detergent specially formulated for cleaning surgical instruments, medical equipment.

 

It is a highly concentrated combination of organic and inorganic acids. 

 

It removes limescale, rust stains and mineral deposits off the instruments as well as the inside walls of the washer disinfectors.

 

Can be  used in automatic washers, washer disinfectors or other instrument reprocessing equipment as a neutralising agent of alkaline residues for surgical instruments and glassware

Tuttnauer T-CLEAN N is compatible with stainless steel instruments, ophthalmological instruments, anaesthetic equipment, laboratory glassware, hard plastics and all acid resistant medical devices.

Instructions for use

In automatic washers: Tuttnauer T-CLEAN N is to be used in washer disinfectors at a dilution from 0,5 ml/l. (0,05%) to 4 ml/l. (0,4%). The dilution rate depends on the quality and temperature of the water. The solution has to be rinsed off after use. The use of deionized water should be preferred. Always follow the washer manufacturer’s instructions

In immersion bath as instrument renovator: Dilute 20 ml. to 40 ml. of T-CLEAN N in 1 litre of water (2% to 4% dilution). Stir gently. Immerse the instruments into the solution. Let them soak from 5 min. to 15 min. Brush them gently to renovate weathered areas. Your instruments should have regained their initial brilliance. Rinse carefully your instruments with running water and wipe them with a single use paper
