Barrier system container with four valves and perforated bottom.

 

Designed for holding operating room instruments and -or textiles during vacuum-steam sterilization procedures and for maintaining sterility during storage and transport under proper hospital conditions. (EN 285, EN 868-1, EN 868-8).

 

The Barrier system  is preferred when is requested continuous use of containers, it avoids filter replacement. Valve opens during sterilization to allow exit of steam.

 

Perforated bottom allows much quicker sterilization process (half time than with not perforated).

 

All containers are autoclavable at maximum 134°C and 2.2 bar.
